Meet the Owners — Ebony Rice-Vines, CEO, and Ebony Millsap-Wallace, COO.

In 2023, God brought these two visionary leaders together with a shared purpose: to build a Kingdom-centered business that honors Him while transforming the standard of care in healthcare. With extensive backgrounds in the medical field, both Ebony Rice-Vines and Ebony Millsap-Wallace witnessed firsthand how compassion and genuine care had begun to fade within traditional facilities. Moved by this reality, they answered a greater calling to restore love, dignity, and excellence in care.

Through Eagle Care Homes, they have created a nurturing environment where individuals receive not only exceptional support, but also heartfelt compassion rooted in God’s teachings. Every resident is treated like family, embraced with kindness, respect, and the belief that life continues with purpose and joy. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to pour into every life they encounter, uplift spirits, and remind each resident that their story is still being written with love, healing, and hope at the center.

Eagle Care Center - Nonprofit Organization

Eagle Care is a compassionate, mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors and giving back to the community. Our primary goal is to restore genuine care in healthcare by offering meaningful support and connection to those who need it most.

Through our community outreach efforts, we coordinate free activities for seniors in senior centers, adult daycares, assisted living facilities, and senior apartment communities. We also extend our services beyond senior care by feeding the homeless, distributing care packages, and sending heartfelt holiday cards to seniors during festive seasons.

One of our core services includes providing two to six hours of free companionship for seniors—a simple yet powerful way to combat loneliness and promote emotional well-being.

In addition, we raise funds to assist families in need of respite care services. We understand that not all families can afford these essential breaks from caregiving, so our non-profit arm helps bridge that gap by offering fully funded respite care hours to those who qualify.
